The system in the MCC series proposed by us, is one which permits comparative measurements to be executed automatically, in a quick and flexible way, on all types of catadioptics. The system, which is suitable for the production line, is offered in two different models. The first, model MCC101, consists of a metal container measuring 1500x400 mm. The functioning of this model (MCC101) allows it to collect an efficiency measurement value that is equal to that of a sample catadioptric measured in the laboratory. This value will then appear on a luminous display and can be compared with the values of the subsequent catadioptrics, whose efficiency one wants to measure. If the value is close to that of the sample, the catadioptric will be efficient, whereas if it is not, it will be faulty and must therefore be discarded. The MCC101 includes an etronica, which makes it possible to interface it with a PC, in order to archive the measurement data acquired so that you always have your production under control. Its component parts have been specially made. For instance the projector, which simulates the illuminant A CIE to give the photometric characterisation of the catadiotric devices, thereby ensuring a solid source-sensor angle which guarantees the maximum precision of measurement. Its acquisition system consists of an electronic card which has been specially designed. It is controlled by a microprocessor and will manage 1 photometric revealer, which is fixed at a distance of about 1500mm from the catadioptric being measured, and forms an extremely reduced angle of measurement, compared with the source-catadioptric axis. The Control Panel is situated at the very back of the system, and is composed of an Electronic Display for showing the efficiency value of the catadioptic. The measurer can be produced with a different configuration.
